Plant Maintenance Specialist

Vestis is seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of our plant machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using appropriate tools and techniques to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Replace faulty parts and components to ensure optimal functionality and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and tools.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.
