About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our Operations and Logistics Optimization Solution, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track supplies and local inventory to ensure efficient delivery and stocking of inventory at healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and maintain local delivery schedules and escalate supply needs in emergent cases.
  • Monitor and analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facility staff to enhance customer service and ensure continuity of care.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and provide management support to ensure effective leadership and mentorship.
  • Exercise responsible stewardship of finance and human resources.
  • Support quality service through proper organization, staffing, resource utilization, and work allocation within the department.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
