Job Overview

At ABS Kids, we are seeking a highly motivated and caring Behavior Care Specialist to join our team.

We offer an attractive compensation package that includes a competitive hourly rate of $22-$25/hour, with the potential for additional earnings through our premium pay program for afternoon shifts. Our benefits also include paid drive time/mileage reimbursement, 401(k) plus company match, paid time off, cell phone stipend, and paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to ensure seamless communication and progress
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress
  • Foster a supportive and engaging environment that promotes skill development and confidence building

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
  • Tech savviness, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data collection software
