Clinical Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Medical Assistant to join our Gastroenterology Clinic team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals by preparing patients for visits, maintaining accurate records, and performing administrative tasks.
Estimated Salary Range
$45,000 - $55,000 per year based on industry standards and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Medical Assistant will include:
- Preparing patients for visits by gathering necessary documents and equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining medical equipment and supplies
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Assisting nurses and doctors with basic medical procedures
- Tracking lab results and calling in prescriptions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in medical assistance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. BLS certification or Certified Medical Assistant designation is preferred.
