About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development/Marketing Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Blount County. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists.
  • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation with customers.
  • Conduct daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships, and educate them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company.
  • Identify top potential clients and increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals.
Requirements
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong business and financial background, with a process-and-results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
  • A minimum one year of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
