Experienced Maintenance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at GWR Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the community meets high quality standards.
**Job Summary:**
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will have 1-5 years of verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVAC, etc. You will work as a team participant to ensure quality maintenance standards are met and exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
- Handle repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market-ready status.

- Monthly commission eligible.
