Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Supervisor to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our ecommerce programs.

About the Role:
  • Support the development and implementation of ecommerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead processes supporting the checkout experience and grocery delivery & pickup at your assigned store.
  • Monitor key performance indicator metrics and visual cues in-store to assess team performance.
Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service and hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Ecommerce Operations: Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders.
  3. Task Management: Monitor in-store and online customer flow, assign customer service-related and online order completion tasks, and balance the needs of all customers.
Requirements:
  • 12+ months retail experience
  • Strong analysis skills to root cause underperformance
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to perform task management, balancing dynamic customer flows
Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $21.75-$28.35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
