As a Med Care Manager at Sunrise, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and services by ensuring the safe and organized administration of medications and treatments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer medications to residents
- Accurately document medication administration
- Provide compassionate resident care while upholding Sunrise Senior Living's mission to enhance the quality of life for seniors
- Uphold the highest standards of care and services in accordance with Sunrise policies

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED (as required by state regulations)
- Certification in Medication Management
- Minimum age of 18 years
- At least six months of experience in senior care settings such as assisted living, home health, or long-term care
- Ability to make informed decisions in the best interest of residents and maintain composure in challenging situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
