Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and smooth running working environment.

The Office Manager will supervise the daily operations and routine of the reception area, providing superior customer service and serving as a role model for our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the provision of all office services, including supervising the daily operations and routine of the reception area.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the clinical team and executive leadership to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Manage revenue cycle results and handle schedules and operations for providers.
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained, and provide overall support for the office team.
  • Guarantee great patient and family experiences.
Requirements
  • 5 years of office and supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • High school diploma or GED. An Associate's degree in a business-related field or relevant coursework is preferred.
