Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech and Language Therapy: Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and service delivery.
  • Evaluate Students: Evaluate students with suspected communication disorders and make recommendations for speech and language services as needed.
  • Develop Individualized Education Programs: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
  • Consult with School Staff: Consult with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development.
  • Participate in Medicaid Billing: Participate in the Medicaid billing process for school-based services as directed.
Requirements
  • South Carolina SLP License: Possess a valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • SLP Certificate: Possess a valid Speech-Language Pathology certificate issued by the South Carolina Department of Education.
  • ASHA Certification or Clinical Fellowship: Possess ASHA certification or be a Clinical Fellow.
