Denovo Review Job Description

We are seeking a senior attorney to join our team at Denovo Review. This role involves managing our Georgia law practice and working on mortgage foreclosures, creditor bankruptcies, and evictions.

As a successful candidate, you must have a strong background in real estate law, including experience in non-judicial foreclosures. You should also be a licensed title agent with a proven track record of handling real estate closings in Georgia.

The ideal candidate will possess a Georgia Bar License, 3-5 years of experience in Georgia mortgage foreclosure, creditor bankruptcy, and eviction experience. A license to practice law in Florida is also desirable.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work from our main office in Boca Raton, Florida, or from our location in Georgia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage our Georgia law practice and oversee mortgage foreclosures, creditor bankruptcies, and evictions
  2. Work closely with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of real estate closings
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid Georgia Bar license in good standing and licensed to practice in Florida (a plus)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a focus on Georgia mortgage foreclosures, creditor bankruptcy, and eviction experience (a plus)
  • Experience as a Georgia licensed title agent with a minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
