We're on the hunt for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for design and a talent for creating and selling stunning luxury spaces. This is a high-performing sales representative opportunity in a lucrative niche of the design world.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Flexible Pay Options: Choose between a base salary plus commission or a commission-only structure.
- Earning Potential: Earn $60k–$75k in your first year, with no cap on earnings. Second-year potential ranges from $95k–$110k and beyond.
- Comprehensive Benefits: PTO, holiday pay, and training pay to set you up for success.
- Quality Leads: Start strong with walk-in traffic, call-in leads, and marketing-driven inquiries while you build your network of repeat and referral clients.
Requirements
Candidates Should Possess:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, quoting software, and digital tools.
- Design Background: Essential background in interior design or decorating, with expertise in upholstery or window coverings a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area as needed.
- Physical Abilities: Capability to lift up to 30 lbs to manage showroom sample books and materials.
