Job Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote positive behavior change
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborating with clients, parents, and staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for clients and families
