Job Summary:
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our team as an At/Risk/Recreational Therapist. This role is responsible for providing critical intervention to children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized master treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review client treatment, goals, progress, and future needs
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related services
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida (preferred)
