Interim Radiology Director

Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Radiology Services to lead a team in Illinois. This organization has multiple hospitals in the area, and the Director will report to the Executive Director of Ancillary Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee radiology services at 2 facilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to improve radiology operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to radiology staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Active technical certification by the ARRT, RDMS, CNMT, or a Registered Nurse with an advanced ARRT CV or VI Certification
- Union experience
- Radiology knowledge and practice
- Cerner experience
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $850- $900 per day ($221,000 – $234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
