Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our crew. As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering unparalleled hospitality to our customers, preparing ingredients for our food and smoothies, and ensuring that every station is operating to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers using our unique 'Tropitude' to create a positive atmosphere and deliver exceptional service.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients for our food and smoothies, and assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies prepared to our standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and organize the kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.
  • Register Operations: Operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
  • Safety and Security: Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand.
Requirements
  • Legally Eligible: Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
  • Physical Demands: Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds, and constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
Working Conditions
  • Shifts and Hours: Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary, and crew members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and/or holiday hours.
  • Uniform and Personal Hygiene: Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift.
