About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and providing a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
