Main Banker

Job Summary:

The Main Banker is responsible for providing exceptional internal guest service, creating a welcoming environment, and delivering world-class service by working collaboratively with fellow team members. This role requires strict adherence to internal control policies, state regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard company assets and maintain accurate records of all funds entrusted.
• Balance all money transactions and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling financial transactions, and responding to guest inquiries.
• Identify and report any instances of fraud, forged/counterfeit currency, or vouchers.
• Ensure the cash inventory is well secured and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Fill in as Cage Cashier as assigned and conduct all interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

Working Conditions:

The Main Banker must be able to:

• Communicate effectively with all levels of team members, guests, and outside contacts.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, moving around all work areas efficiently.
• Work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, banking and guest service experience, and a friendly demeanor. They must be able to communicate well with the public, work in an intense and fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a positive approach to all assignments.
