Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team at WinCo Foods. As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient stockroom environment, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stockroom Operations: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct visual inspections of merchandise being placed on shelves, ensuring that products are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment to move merchandise throughout the stockroom.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve stockroom goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly for long periods of time, as well as lift, stack, and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve stockroom goals and objectives.
