Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery, while also driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Operations: Manage the maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance, to ensure maximum production and quality.
  • Equipment Management: Analyze and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational problems on assigned equipment, and develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train maintenance technicians, and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor inventory levels of maintenance equipment and parts, and order new parts as necessary.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with plant management, facilities manager, and shift supervisors to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and operational systems.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications in maintenance management, such as CMRP or CMM.
