We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Manager Trainee to join our team at Starbucks. As a Shift Leader in training, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain valuable experience in managing a multi-million dollar business.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a competitive salary, 100% tuition coverage through our Starbucks College Achievement Plan, health coverage with a variety of plans to choose from, and stock & savings programs like our equity reward program, Bean Stock.
Our estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. However, salaries may vary depending on location, experience, and performance.
Job DescriptionThe Shift Manager role is designed to develop your supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/ tea passion, and business acumen. You will learn how to run a store, lead a team, and build a meeting place in your community using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship.
