Salary: Starting Pay $18.00/hr
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm; Fridays dependent on workload

The Assembler/Packer will be responsible for various tasks on the production line, including:
- Removing products from the overhead conveyor system and inspecting them for quality assurance.
- Packaging products into designated cartons according to specifications.
- Operating machinery associated with the packing process, such as riveting machines and glue machines.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Participating in training and development programs as required.
- Minimum education requirement: Eighth grade level.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to engage with a diverse team of individuals.
