Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support to clients in their homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and treatment plans for clients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting client progress.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and physicians to coordinate client care and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Conduct home visits to assess client needs, provide education, and promote self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, adhering to agency policies and regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program required.
- Current LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum one year nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with auto insurance.
