Reporting Structure: Reports to the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, with indirect reporting to the Assistant Manager, Zone Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Chief Operations Officer.

Overview: The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the community, ensuring that the property meets or exceeds management and ownership standards. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that apartments are ready for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct all operations in alignment with MRD policies and procedures, including compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant laws.
2. Maintain cleanliness in various areas including hallways, laundry facilities, vacant apartments, offices, and outdoor grounds.
3. Utilize cleaning products and supplies effectively, adhering to established usage guidelines.
4. Execute cleaning tasks according to the schedule provided by the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
5. Operate necessary cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, brooms, and mops.
6. Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure readiness for new occupants.
7. Participate in grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, planting, and snow removal as required.
8. Report any issues or potential hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager promptly.
9. Contribute to annual inspections of units.
10. Support the cleanliness of the property by managing debris and waste in outdoor areas.
11. Wear personal protective equipment as mandated by company policy.
12. Maintain regular attendance and represent the property professionally.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Engage in training sessions provided by Maintenance Supervisors to enhance job performance.
2. Assist other properties when necessary.
3. Adhere to the prescribed uniform policy during working hours.
4. Participate in monthly safety meetings and team gatherings.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Candidates should possess up to six months of relevant experience or training.

Work Hours: Full-time availability required.
