Overview: The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, ensuring that it meets the standards set by management. This position is essential for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the physical condition of the community aligns with ownership and management goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to all MRD policies and procedures, including Fair Housing and safety regulations.
2. Understand and execute housekeeping expectations across various areas, including hallways, laundry facilities, vacant apartments, and common grounds.
3. Utilize cleaning products and supplies effectively, following established guidelines.
4. Perform cleaning tasks according to the schedule provided by the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
5. Operate necessary cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and brooms.
6. Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure readiness for new residents.
7. Participate in maintaining the exterior of the property, including landscaping and snow removal as needed.
8. Report any issues or potential hazards to the appropriate supervisory staff.
9. Contribute to annual inspections of units.
10. Maintain cleanliness in common areas and ensure proper waste disposal.
11. Wear personal protective equipment as required.
12. Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with residents, visitors, and colleagues.

2. Support other properties when necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred. The role requires full-time availability and the ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 25 pounds and performing various physical activities.
