We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to represent our establishment at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness. As the initial point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding experiences for our members and guests.

Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming members, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and performing various administrative tasks. You will also assist in processing new memberships as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members, potential members, and visitors with enthusiasm.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively address any issues that arise.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and checking in members.
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective members.
  • Ensure adherence to gym protocols and procedures.
  • Uphold facility rules and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
