Key Responsibilities of the Branch Operations Manager:
  • Oversee daily management and supervision of branch staff.
  • Train new hires and enhance their understanding of company policies, operational procedures, and regulations in the consumer finance industry.
  • Keep the District Manager informed about the branch's overall performance.
  • Provide leadership to inspire employees and maintain high production levels in line with company standards.
  • Drive consistent growth in accounts and receivables by attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
  • Prepare necessary reports for management review.
  • Foster positive customer relationships.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and quality.
