Job Title: Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at Insight Global. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing individualized and group therapy sessions to children and teens aged 13-17.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 12 clients, providing therapy sessions and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth and development.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of case notes, recurring themes, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Education, with a clinical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience conducting therapy sessions with children and teens, with a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
