About the Opportunity

At PT & Me, we're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced outpatient orthopedic environment. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including injuries and chronic pain
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and manual-based skills
• Collaborate with our experienced clinicians to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in continuing education programs and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest treatment techniques and best practices

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program
• Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• CPR certification
• Desirable marketing experience to support the promotion of our services
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage our clinic effectively
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
