Descripción del Puesto
El Analista de Costos Senior será responsable de:
- Calcular costos mediante el análisis de requisitos de mano de obra, materiales y tiempo.
- Preparar el trabajo a estimar recopilando propuestas, planos, especificaciones y documentos relacionados.
- Resolver discrepancias mediante la recopilación y análisis de información.
- Presentar estimaciones preparadas mediante la recopilación y visualización de información numérica y descriptiva.
- Elaborar informes especiales mediante la recopilación, análisis y resumen de información y tendencias.
- Realizar presupuestos conceptuales, esquemáticos y de desarrollo de diseño.
- Revisar planes para consistencia y precisión.
- Gestionar todos los niveles de desgloses aplicando precios unitarios.
- Colaborar con otros en el equipo de preconstrucción para licitar trabajos con éxito.
- Desarrollarse como líder dentro del equipo de estimación.
Perfil del Candidato
El candidato ideal debe tener:
- Entre 7 y 10 años de experiencia en estimación, preferiblemente en un contratista general comercial.
- Experiencia en licitaciones valoradas en $10 millones o más.
- Un título universitario en Gestión de Construcción o un campo relacionado.
- Certificación OSHA preferida.
- Experiencia en CM @ Risk/Hard Bid es un plus.
