**Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate effectively with a team of photographers, studio managers, and merchandise coordinators to create visually appealing product images.
  • Set up and tear down equipment, and complete weekly studio resets to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in weekly pre-production meetings and other essential meetings to discuss project details and priorities.
  • Operate with a big-picture perspective, using an understanding of business needs to prioritize tasks and meet weekly KPIs.
  • Maintain the studio and equipment spaces, ensuring a strong awareness of equipment inventory and supporting the photo team as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working in a photo studio or similar environment.
  • Working knowledge of DSLRs and strobe lighting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple personality types and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and operate a pallet jack.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Capture One, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
