Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager who embodies the GNC philosophy of 'Live Well.' In this role, you will oversee the daily retail operations of the GNC store, collaborating closely with the District Manager. Your leadership will be crucial in driving financial performance, nurturing team development, and creating a positive work atmosphere that emphasizes GNC brand loyalty and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to assist them in selecting the appropriate products, utilizing your extensive product knowledge to make informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to GNC's Vision and Values.
  • Achieve and surpass personal sales targets while guiding sales associates to realize their potential.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, providing ongoing feedback to associates regarding their performance, and overseeing recruitment and performance management.
  • Stay informed about new product trends and features, and facilitate training for associates on product knowledge.
  • Manage store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with GNC procedures.
  • Order merchandise and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels in accordance with GNC guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of omni-channel orders following company protocols.
  • Communicate effectively regarding product information, advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, analyze situations, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention to uphold GNC's policies and procedures.

Base Hourly Rate: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
