Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and systems in industrial and institutional settings.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with the HVAC lead to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve HVAC system performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial/institutional HVAC maintenance work.
  • Experience with building automation controls, pneumatics, and hospital experience is desired.
  • High school or vocational school graduate, with trades apprenticeship completion desired.
  • Controls training is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
