Job Summary

As a Dedicated Team Truck Driver with Schneider, you'll enjoy a predictable schedule, reliable home time, and a consistent flow of miles. You'll haul 100% no-touch lawn and garden freight in dry van trailers, with 75% drop-and-hook opportunities. With 5-10 loads per week and 1-2 stop-offs per load, you'll have the freedom to plan your route and your life.

Pay and Benefits

Enjoy mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. You'll also receive weekly performance pay, a $6,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers. Plus, you'll get paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Live within 150 miles of Eau Claire, WI. Need CDL training? Explore our company-paid CDL training programs or call us at , and we can talk you through it.
