Establish a rewarding career as a Team Truck Driver with Schneider. Our Team Van Truckload truck drivers enjoy a high level of pay and benefits, with an average weekly pay of $1,300 to $1,590.

Home time is every three weeks, giving you the opportunity to spend quality time with family and friends. All CDL holders are welcome to apply, regardless of experience level. Our drivers are equipped with 95% no-touch freight, allowing them to stay focused on the road.

Our fleet operates within all 48 states, offering a diverse range of routes and driving opportunities. We also offer our Team Pet Policy, allowing you to bring your furry friends along on the road.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Mileage pay
  • Hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly paychecks
  • Weekly performance pay
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). If you're in need of CDL training, we offer company-paid CDL training programs.
