The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing land development projects, including site plans, stormwater management systems, and sanitary and drainage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project management, client management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop land development projects, including site plans, stormwater management systems, and sanitary and drainage systems
  • Manage and mentor staff to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Requirements:

  • BSCE or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in land development design and project management
