Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Northern Nevada Health System. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care to critically ill patients with compassion and respect.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
  • Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
  • Float to all units as needed to ensure adequate staffing and patient care.
Requirements
  • Current NV nursing license.
  • Current BLS certificate.
  • ACLS & PALS certificate (to be obtained within six months of employment).
  • At least two years critical care experience in the ED, ICU, or PACU.
