Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care to our patients with compassion and respect. You will communicate with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition and respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, you will perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision and be willing to float to all units.

Sierra Medical Center is a regional multi-facility system that has excelled at offering quality care to residents of the greater Truckee Meadows. We have many locations across the region and in our rural communities. Our flagship provider is Northern Nevada Medical Center, a 124-bed acute care hospital in Sparks. We also provide primary care services and a wide range of specialty care through Northern Nevada Medical Group. Our providers have locations throughout Reno, Sparks, Fallon, and Bishop to serve the community.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a current NV nursing license, current BLS certificate, ACLS & PALS certificate (to be obtained within six months of employment), and at least two years of critical care experience in the ED, ICU, or PACU.
