About the Role:As a Server at our hotel, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will be the conductor of the dining room, leading the service team and ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and the table.
You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable
- Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and the surrounding environment
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless service
- Upsell and suggestively sell menu items to guests, increasing revenue and enhancing the dining experience
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 15-30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
