Warehouse Receiving Specialist Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain detailed reports to support department objectives, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Review and verify records, making adjustments as necessary to meet high standards.
  • Cultivate exceptional communication skills through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence with colleagues and customers.
  • Maintain proficiency in various reporting systems and computer applications, efficiently inputting and reviewing data.
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Elevate NM Safety standards through diligent adherence and proactive reporting.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
  • Effectively navigate both office and warehouse environments.
Requirements:
  • Balanced blend of administrative and warehouse/distribution experience.
  • Intermediate expertise in MS Office Suite Programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as dictated by business needs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently.
Physical Demands:
  • Push, pull, bend, stoop, or kneel while lifting up to 50lbs in a warehouse setting.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (8-12 hours) during scheduled shifts, with regular breaks and meals.
  • Utilize stairs up to three flights depending on the work area.
Salary Estimate:

We estimate the salary range for this role to be around $55,000-$65,000 annually, based on market conditions and industry standards.
