Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

The Inventory Control Specialist role at Neiman Marcus Group is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counting processes. This position requires attention to detail, basic math calculations, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Audit and maintain physical inventory accuracy through cycle counting processes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies identified during daily reporting and cycle counting processes.
• Collaborate with facility teams to address problem merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels between warehouse and photo studios.
• Perform physical counts of merchandise and update system records accordingly.
• Analyze system-generated reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Reconcile variances and communicate findings to supervisors.

• Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret written and verbal instructions.
• Accurate attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Foster a positive attitude and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Prior experience in fulfillment or inventory management.
• Sound decision-making ability and effective communication skills.

The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee may be required to occasionally stoop, bend, or kneel. Standing and walking for the duration of a scheduled shift up to 12 hours, apart from scheduled breaks and lunches.
