About the Job
This role involves leading cross-functional teams to drive project success, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, and developing and implementing effective solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities include analyzing child welfare practice needs and processes, developing work plans, ensuring project timelines are met, and leading performance management, data, and network projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and document child welfare practice needs and processes* Develop work plans for new and change-management network efforts* Ensure new projects have detailed plans and are launched correctly and on time* Lead the implementation of performance management, data, and network projects* Supervise City and contracted staff responsible for delivering key OCF PMT network, hardware, software, and other data integration initiatives* Plan, design, and implement innovative Help Desk practices, user engagement strategies, and service-level performance management* Plan, design, and implement new hardware and software integration and upgrade projects* Plan, design, and implement Network and LAN staff ongoing professional development* Conduct cost/benefit analysis and make recommendations* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior business leadership about projects* Prepare and lead presentations to project stakeholders* Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with supervisees, peers, supervisor, and departmental leaders* Support ongoing or new network or software upgrade projects as assigned* Lead additional data, network, and technology projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Social Policy, Information Technology, or relevant field* 3-5 years working with social service and/or child welfare system network and software applications* Experience supervising teams preferred* Project management experience and/or applicable business experience* OR 7-10 years working with child welfare system network and software applications* Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable by the DHS Division of Performance Management and Technology
Salary
$68,761 - $103,143 per year
