Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a key member of our Psych SH 2 North Adol Provider department, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care.
  • Work at one or more service sites, under social work clinical supervision and administrative supervision at the service site or in the service line.
  • Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of child and/or adolescent inpatient clients, providing a range of psychosocial care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
Requirements
  • Current MA licensure as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Minimum of clinical internship training or job experience in clinical human service work with population specific to service site.
