Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our Psych SH 2 North Adol Provider department, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating clients with a range of psychosocial needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care.
  • Work at one or more service sites, under social work clinical supervision and administrative supervision at the service site or in the service line.
  • Provide a range of psychosocial care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current MA licensure as an LCSW or LICSW.
  • Minimum of clinical internship training or job experience in clinical human service work with population specific to service site.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
