Strategic HRIS Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HRIS Consultant to join our team at Children's Health. As a key member of our HR Technology department, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our HR systems.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a system analyst supporting HR technology platforms (ATS, CRM, Core HCM). They will be responsible for providing overall direction and consulting for clients to help understand processes, data needs, and gaps. This will involve facilitating a process with the client, IS, and HRIS Analysts to recommend, define, and implement technology solutions to meet business needs.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring all processes are managed from scope/requirements through implementation in a timely and efficient manner. This includes identifying opportunities for HR systems improvements, tighter integration, and simplified maintenance. They will maintain awareness of vendor plans and potential impact on current and future functionality.
In addition, the successful candidate will participate in vendor user groups and in the assessment and selection of new technology solutions. They will maintain existing HR systems, including stability, supporting system upgrades, troubleshooting, managing data integrity, and setting parameters for security profiles.
They will create and maintain test scripts for system upgrades, execute test scripts, and resolve issues prior to implementing system upgrades. The candidate will identify and resolve ongoing system issues, open vendor tickets, and monitor issues to satisfactory resolution.
The selected individual will also participate in the development and implementation of training programs related to new implementations and apply project management practices to ensure appropriate communication with clients and completion of work assigned in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- At least 5 years of job-related experience as a system analyst supporting HR technology platforms (ATS, CRM, Core HCM)
- A four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
