Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Virtual School Therapist in Vermont. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their communication goals through effective telepractice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a virtual setting, utilizing our remote toolkit and resources.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
  • Two (2) years previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
