We are seeking a proficient Space Situational Awareness (SSA) Operations Analyst dedicated to ensuring the integrity and dependability of SSA outputs within a DevTest framework. This role is vital for maintaining the precision and efficacy of space traffic management systems prior to their operational deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your expertise in conjunction assessment (CA) methodologies alongside SSA outputs to generate superior results in a DevTest setting.
  2. Utilize knowledge of SSA algorithms, including orbit determination and conjunction assessment, to validate and improve system functionality.
  3. Assist in the acquisition and integration of third-party SSA data products and services, collaborating closely with the systems integrator (SI) contractor.
  4. Ensure that third-party SSA providers adhere to technical quality benchmarks for seamless integration into operational frameworks.
  5. Offer operational support as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness and safety of space traffic management initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience: Demonstrated experience with conjunction assessment (CA) methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of SSA products and their role in space operations.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in SSA-related algorithms and mathematical techniques, including orbit determination and conjunction assessment.

Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with third-party vendors and integration teams.

Availability: Willingness to support both DevTest and operational environments as necessary.
