Market President - Southeast Region

Fischer Homes is seeking a seasoned Market President to lead our Southeast region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the execution of our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of direct reports to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, including experience as a Market President or equivalent role at a New Home Builder
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
