Bayer is seeking a visionary leader to drive the execution of global diagnostic strategies within our Precision Medicine portfolio. As Director, Companion Diagnostics Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive companion diagnostic strategies that maximize the success of our development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global diagnostic strategies for Precision Medicine portfolio
  • Collaborate with diagnostic partners, IPT members, and external stakeholders to drive development of companion diagnostics
  • Build and maintain seamless strategies for patient selection during clinical development and precision drug on market
  • Drive data-driven decisions and highly competitive drug labels
Requirements:
  • Medical doctor (MD) and/or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or Genetics
  • Thorough understanding of diagnostics and therapies in oncology
  • Experience with companion diagnostic development, including quality system and regulatory framework
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English, oral and written)
