Essential Qualifications:

Familiarity with hydraulic systems is preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical systems (12V & 24V) is advantageous. Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication, oil changes).



A minimum of 6 months of hands-on maintenance experience is required. Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is necessary. A valid driver's license is required.

Possession or ability to obtain a CDL is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair equipment and components in both shop and field settings. Conduct routine maintenance efficiently, ensuring minimal errors. Uphold the cleanliness and organization of company equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is kept in a tidy and orderly state.
Adhere to safety protocols at all times, following all relevant safety policies and company standards. Foster professional relationships and support field operations personnel. Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Lead Technician regarding job scope and progress. Align with and promote the company's vision and values. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Duties:
Maintain and manage personal tools. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required. Ability to work in challenging weather conditions. Maintain current MSHA/OSHA certifications.

Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Lead Technician. Proficient computer and internet skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Lead Technician.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires standing and walking for extended periods. You will also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, or kneel. Regular lifting and/or moving of items up to 60 pounds is expected.
